WARRANTY
Warranty on every part of headphones except ear pads and cable: 2 years
Warranty on cable: 1 year
Warranty on ear pads: 6 months
To perform service headphones need to be shipped to the manufacturer at the expense of the buyer
If problem occurred because of manufacturing problems headphones will be sent back at the expense of the manufacturer
If problem occurred not through the fault of the manufacturer: repairs won't be free and shipping back will be at the expense of the buyer
If headphones will arrive with physical damage buyer should notify manufacturer within 1 week from the date of delivery
SHIPPING
Shipping takes usually 1-3 weeks after sending
After shipping, the tracking number will be sent to you
